it's easy to just make a budget when you don't have the responsibilities to fulfill it. it is just like a copy paste budget, cut here, paste there, give here and give there without having a burden to fulfill it. they did not tell in detail from where they will get the income. anyone can make a budget like this. have they (pakatan) done that in the states they are ruling?
