A foreign vessel has been detained for flying the Malaysian flag upside down off the coast of Tanjung Piai here.
The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (APMM) (southern region)
commander First Admiral Zulkifli Abu Bakar said that the agency was
currently questioning the captain of the vessel to find out why the flag
was being flown upside down.
