Sebenarnya BELUM ADA LAGI penjelasan kepada isu yang sedang berkisar
sekarang ..... TAPI ditambah dengan satu lagi pendedahan iaitu duit
habis dikeluarkan antara tahun 2008 hingga 2009 sementara perjanjian
hanya dibuat tahun 2010. Bagaimana boleh berlaku ?
