But something is strange about this deal. Why did Sime Darby become the biggest shareholder, paid a premium for the shares, and is the more established player in property development but yet not have management control? Could it be because of the presence of a controversial figure in this deal? 

And also, there arise the question of unethical transaction. Will the SC investigate? Doubtful ...
