Recall the gas crisis facing the TNB and the nation? Well it was in the main pages again yesterday. The fact that a serious threat to our national security is still not being quickly resolved shows that Petronas and the Government are twiddling their thumbs over this. Recall the huge four day nationwide blackout that we had in the country in the early 90s that gave birth to the IPPs? But way before that our country constantly suffered power outages here and there, brown outs and such because there was not enough power supply in the country. Everyone had torchlights and spare candles at home. Now people rarely keep candles at home, or even torchlights. Do you still have candles in your kitchen drawer?
