should also compare the Per Capita GDP of Malays, Chinese and Indians in
Penang, particularly on the island. I believe the gap there is widening
even further. That is why a lot of Malays are being priced out of the
island side of the State. I think this time the trend is quite
irreversible in Penang, mainly because land is at such a high premium
there. The Malays will become even lesser in numbers.
