Syyy ... please no mention of those minority shareholders. Otherwise, there will be public outcry of selling land at nominal value to companies not wholly owned subsidiary of state but with the existence of other shareholders.  

 

 

Then suddenly, the ghost wave his hand again and KPRJ is directed to quitely sell their shares at a price without marking the land value to market. The probable reason that can be used is KPRJ need money for it's public infrastructure program.

Since Tebrau teguh is not a public listed company, no announcement is necessary.

The land parcels can be flipped over elsewhere for a tidy profit. The ghost will make sure the public do not know. If the public got to know, it will be the politicians, civil servants and professionals that get blamed by the rakyat.

As Khazanah lost money over the deal, the new shareholders of MAS; Tony Fernandes and Kamaruddin Meranun gained more money as MAS shares jumped to RM1.79; 19 sen more than the price they had to pay to get the 20% stake.

After Khazanah lost RM18 billion worth of investments made in 2008, Azman Mokhtar is still being trusted to play with tax payers’ money while the government has no control over him. In fact, for this huge loss, his contract was extended for another 3 years!

Professionals with political linage (CIMB) and having the best of both worlds.

1&2 form 90% of Malays whose votes put UMNO in power.

The current administration's focus is on level 3 & 4 and the the Chinese.

The 2 is getting bigger year after year with unemployed graduates. Any country with unsatisfied gp 2 who can influence gp 1 would soon unseat the goverment.
